Who we are
iffix is a workflow and AI automation studio run by Ashraful Islam in Dhaka, Bangladesh. For anything about your data, email hello@iffix.online.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site:
- Contact form: name, work email, and your answer to "What takes too long every week?"
- "Try Flow 02" demo form: full name, work email, company, website (optional), industry, team size, monthly budget for automation, and your answer to "What takes too long every week?"
With each form we also record which form you used and the time you sent it. To block spam, our server checks your IP address so it can limit how often one address can send a form. The IP address is kept in the server's memory only. It isn't saved to disk or passed on with your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use your data because you asked us to contact you, and to take steps you requested before any agreement.
To reply to your enquiry, to work out how we can help (we call this qualifying the lead), and to send you a reply with a link to book a call. An AI model reads what you wrote to score the enquiry and draft that reply.
Where your data goes
We use these services to handle your enquiry:
- Hostinger: hosts this website and our own n8n automation server, on a VPS in Mumbai, India.
- Google: Google Sheets stores your enquiry as a lead, and Google Workspace email sends our replies.
- Google Gemini: the AI that scores your enquiry and writes the reply.
- OpenRouter: a backup AI provider, used when Gemini isn't available.
- Telegram: sends an internal alert about your enquiry to the owner of iffix.
- Cal.com: our booking calendar. The homepage loads Cal.com's booking script so the calendar can open on the page. When you send the contact form, the calendar opens with your name, email and message filled in. If you book a call, Cal.com stores the booking.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics and no tracking or advertising cookies, and doesn't set any cookies of its own. If you press the button that pauses or plays the animations, your browser remembers that choice (one "iffix-motion" value in local storage). It contains no personal data.
The Cal.com booking calendar runs in a frame from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies under Cal.com's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as we work together plus 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you're in the EU, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to how we use your data, to restrict it, and to get a copy you can take elsewhere. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email hello@iffix.online from the address you used in the form.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in India (our server), the United States (some of the services above) and Bangladesh (where we're based).
